GallopNYC Honored Constance Hunter
Constance has been a committed and dedicated member of the Board of Directors since 2016. She is an active member of the Fundraising and Finance Committee, supported GallopNYC with her forecasting acumen during the depths of the COVID-19 pandemic, and has been a proud, vocal advocate of our work to change the lives of New Yorkers with disabilities.
Outside of GallopNYC, Constance is an Executive Vice President at AIG where she is the Global Head of Strategy and ESG. Consistent with her lifelong support of those with disabilities she is the executive sponsor for AIG’s Employee Responsibly Group “disAbilities & Allies.”
And she is an excellent horsewoman!
We met our riders and their families as they shared their unique stories of the life-changing rewards of therapeutic riding. We enjoyed spectacular city views, dinner and square dancing!
By providing financial support for GallopNYC riders, staff and our trusty horses, your donation provides scholarships to New Yorkers who would not otherwise be able to ride.
GallopNYC offers therapeutic riding to help children and adults with disabilities walk, talk and learn, inspiring them to live their lives as fully, independently and productively as possible. We are New York City’s premier therapeutic riding organization, offering lessons to several hundred riders each week at four locations across the City.
